媒介黄 1介绍: | 溶于热水和乙醇，微溶于冷水。水溶液及乙醇溶液呈金黄色，遇浓硫酸呈红黄色，稀释产生绿黄色沉淀，遇浓硝酸呈黄琥珀色。 |

| 生化和生理学机理: | Alizarin Yellow GG is a useful acid base indicator with a dye content of 50% and a color index number of 14025, commonly used in nutrient media preparation. Studies indicate that removal of the dye is pH dependent and can be withdrawn from aqueous solutions by irradiating the sample with radiation at 355nm and nano ZnO particles. Alternate studies show that Alizarin Yellow GG is directly mutagenic to the Salmonella/microsome system. Furthermore, Alizarin Yellow GG can inhibit conjugation transfer of depressive R-factors RI drd and R 64 drd. |
